The number of Japanese companies planning to hire foreign workers has been increasing in recent years, but the current situation is that mid-tier enterprises and SMEs in particular do not make much progress due to the lack of experience working with foreign workers and the lack of networks.

Through this project, Japanese companies (mid-tier enterprises and SMEs) accept foreign students as interns, thereby promoting the strengthening of systems for Japanese companies to engage in overseas expansion.
